29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): The employer did not obtain a new audiogram annually for each employee exposed to noise at or above an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) exposure of 85 decibels. The employer is failing to obtain annual audiograms for employees exposed to 8 hour TWA noise levels exceeding 85 A-weighted decibels including, but not limited to the following: A) On or about May 1, 2018, an employee working in the Stile Shaper area of the Aluminum Dept. was exposed to an 8 hour TWA of 90.5 A-weighted decibels or 107.3% of the equivalent dose; the exposure calculation included a zero increment for the 69 minutes not sampled. The employee(s) had not had an annual audiometric test since February 16, 2017.
