Antonio Gonzalez dba Ant Tony Construction failed to provide documentation demonstrating the abatement method and completion of the following items as cited: Citation 1, Item1: The employer failed to provide adequate rigging and truss bracing while setting wood trusses. Citation 1, Item 1d: The employer failed to provide ladder safety training to employees. Citation 1, Item 3: The employer did not provided fall protection for employees engaged in setting wood roof truss at heights greater than six feet above the lower ground level. Citation 1, Item 4a: the employer did not provide a the area around the bottom of the ladder clear and free for debris creating a trip hazards.
