29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     On May 7, 2019, employees working at a residence at the corner of Douglas Drive and Pleasant View Road (Lot #15 East Town Estates), Plymouth, WI, were not protected from falling approximately 10 feet 10 inches to the ground below while conducting sheeting operations.    The Antonio Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1282745, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Rivermor Drive, Lot 28, Sheboygan, WI 53803.    The Antonio Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269047, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Block of Isabelle Court, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085.
