The sampling was performed on for 440 minutes during one work shift on December 18, 2017.  The employer did not administer a continuing and effective hearing conservation program as described in paragraph (c) through (o) of the OSHA Hearing Conservation Standard.   b.  On or about December 18, 2017, at the Shaving Mill area, an employee working as machine operator was exposed to a noise dose of 830.2%, or an equivalent dBA (decibels, A weighted scale) of 105.3 dBA.  The sampling was performed on for 422 minutes during one work shift on December 18, 2017.  The employer did not administer a continuing and effective hearing conservation program as described in paragraph (c) through (o) of the OSHA Hearing Conservation Standard.   c.  On or about December 18, 2017, at the Shaving Mill area, an employee working as mill equipment maintenance was exposed to a noise dose of 540.0%, or an equivalent dBA (decibels, A weighted scale) of 102.2 dBA.  The sampling was performed on for 433 minutes during one work shift on December 18, 2017.  The employer did not administer a continuing and effective hearing conservation program as described in paragraph (c) through (o) of the OSHA Hearing Conservation Standard.
