29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On December 16, 2017 at the worksite located at 2901 Planters Drive in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, an employee received an injury resulting in an inpatient hospitalization. The employer failed to report the inpatient hospitalization to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours as required.
