29 CFR 1910.219(e)(2)(i): Overhead horizontal belts, with lower parts seven (7) feet or less from the floor or platform, shall be guarded on sides and bottom in accordance with paragraph (o)(3) of this section. a) Infeed CSP Conveyor Belt System: on or about January 11, 2018 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that, employees have to go under the unguarded conveyor belt with lower parts two to seven feet from the floor to sweep glass while the belt is still operating.
