29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): Employee(s) stood under or passed under the elevated portion of a powered industrial truck(s). (a) On or about January 13, 2018, employees working at the shrink wrap machine were exposed to struck-by hazards while working under and around elevated powered industrial truck loads. Employees were allowed to work at the shrink wrap machine while powered industrial truck moved pallets of boxes to and from the upper box room located above the shrink wrap machine.
