29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):       a. Employees performing roofing work are not protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system.        The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about January 12, 2018, at 4638 SW Tacoma St, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34953, when employees installing plywood on a roof with a pitch of 5:12, without the use of conventional fall protection, are exposed to a fall hazard of 8-feet to ground level.        REPEAT: Bluewater Construction Solutions, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1203428, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 4044 SW McCandless, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34953 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/20/2017.         To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that all employees are protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system while engaging in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels.          Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit documents describing the measures it is taking to ensure compliance, including an explanation of how these steps protect its employees from fall hazards.
