29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): Snap hooks were connected directly to webbing, rope or wire rope: On or about July 19, 2019, at a job site located at 2562 SW Acacia Ave, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, 34986, employees were exposed to a 9-foot fall hazard to ground level while wrapping the lanyard to their harnesses around the trusses of a new home in construction, and securing the snap hook of the lanyard to itself.
