29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Blanking Department, Drusala 1200S & DRU 1200 Printer: Employees working in the Blanking Department were required to wipe down the cutter rollers with the print roller still energized and rotating. A procedure was not developed to safely perform this task exposing employees to crushing hazard and amputation injury.

These unlabeled chemical containers include, but are not limited to PT Cleaner.
