29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 11 Pollock Court, Berlin, NJ: On or about 1/29/2018 Brutus construction employees were installing trusses on a new construction residential structure. The employees were using the wall top plates as their walking/working surface and were not using any form of fall protection, exposing them to a 13 foot fall hazard to the ground below.
