Smart Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA violation number 900637, citation 2, item 1, issued on May 20, 2013, and became final order on or about June 4, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 835 Pearson St., Des Plaines, IL 60016    Smart Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA violation number 312320492, citation 1, item 4a, issued on August 1, 2008, and became final order on or about August 21, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 310 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093.    Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
