Smart Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1291199, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 15, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 322 Ogden Ave. Westmont, IL 60559. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
