29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) On or about February 2, 2018 and at times prior to, employees were observed walking/working on the roof of a commercial building under replacement. The employees were not fall protected, exposing them to fall hazards from about 10 feet to the ground below.
