29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Oak Tree Village Strip Mall, Roof: On or about 10/09/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of 11-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 8/12 pitched commercial roof. DGD Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1292173, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/24/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 665 Duluth Hwy., Lawrenceville, GA 30043.
