29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level: On or about 2/20/2018 at 1560 South Main Street Greensboro, GA workers were observed on a low pitched roof performing roofing activities above 25-feet exposed to injuries such as but not limited to broken bones, rips and tears in the skin where the harnesses were not tight-fitting with the "D" ring centered in the back.
