29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. At 6435 Read Road, Lot 105, project site, Suwanee, on or about February 8, 2018, an employee was observed walking/working under a framer (owner), not wearing personal protective equipment, exposing the employee to head injury from impact or falling objects.
