On or about February 13, 2018, employees working from a wood pole scaffold were not provided fall protection, exposing employees to a 14.2 foot fall. M P T Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1153465.015, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2430 Brandon Glenview, IL 60025. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
