29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): August 21, 2019, employees performing residential framing were not protected from a fall, exposing employees to a fall of over 25 feet. M P T Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1346047, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 127 N. Washington Park Ridge, IL 60068 M P T Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1294468, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 36 Yorkshire Oak Brook, IL 60521 Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
