Gelcoat Spray Area - On or about February 20, 2018, deposits of Advance Coatings Company 379 Gelcoat, a category 3 flammable liquid, had accumulated on a halogen light and extension cord which were not approved for use in Class I locations.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.    b. Gelcoat and Fiber-Resin Spray Areas - On or about February 20, 2018, deposits of 4510 MVP Class 1 Fire Retardant Low Emission Resin, a category 3 flammable liquid, had accumulated on electric switches, outlets, conduit, and extension cords which were not approved for use in Class I locations.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
