29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or about 02/21/2018 at 4994 Edge Moore Trace, Cumming, Georgia, where sub-contracted employees working inside the 9.0 ft. deep excavation removing form work for concrete walls were not protected from hazards associated with trenching and excavation. The controlling employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the site.
