29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On 10/1/2020, at the Hamilton Preserve subdivision located at 4278 Braselton Hwy., Hoschton, Georgia, employees and subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 9' as they worked/walked on unprotected 2nd story floors and from the roof of the homes while not using fall protection systems while performing framing activities. Fall heights were more than 18' from roof levels.
