On 10/1/2020, at the Hamilton Preserve subdivision located at 4278 Braselton Hwy., Hoschton, Georgia, employees and subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 9' as they worked/walked on unprotected 2nd story floors and from the roof of the homes while not using fall protection systems while performing framing activities. Fall heights were more than 18' from roof levels.
