29 CFR 1910.216(d)(2): A) Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, located at 701 Lima Avenue, Findlay, OH 45840: On or about January 2, 2018, the employer did not ensure that one or more methods of adequate machine guarding were provided to protect employees from the nip-point hazards created by the rubber material such as, but not limited to, wire web and the wind-up rollers at the Z-Calender Winder # 1 and Winder # 2 (built by E&L Company). Employees were exposed to ingoing nip-points and caught-in hazards.
