29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Laser Staging Area - The fire extinguisher provided for the laser station was blocked by work in process and was not available for employee emergency use, on or about February 28th, 2018. No abatement certification or documentation required.
