29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: a) Welding Area - 221 Sunset Boulevard West, Mechanicsburg PA Location - On or about May 11, 2023, Employees working outside the initial weld area are exposed to arc welding rays. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
