29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) The roof in the front entrance of the site - an employee was exposed to a fall of 9 feet while installing trusses, employee was wearing his harness but was not tied off, on or about 3/7/18. b) The roof in the front entrance of the site - an employee was exposed to a fall of 9 feet while cleaning up material on the roof, employee was wearing his harness but was not tied off, on or about 3/7/18. c) The roof in the front entrance of the site - the foreman was exposed to a fall of 9 feet while supervising on the roof, the foreman was wearing his harness but was not tied off, on or about 3/7/18.
