29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed: a) New construction dumpster corral located at 1605 Buford Highway Buford, GA 30518, Top plate: On or about 10/3/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet, 2-inches to the concrete lower level from the top plate while accessing and egressing the top plate in support of installing framing for the roof system, in that Werner extension ladder was was separated into two parts, each observed in use for egress from the walking working surface.
