29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : a.) Near the CNC Area: An employee fabricating material was exposed to continuous noise at 98% of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 89.9 dBA during the 420 minute sampling period on March 28, 2018. The exposure calculation included a zero increment for the sixty minutes not sampled. The employee had not received an annual audiogram. b.) Near the Stairs/Handrail Area: An employee fabricating material was exposed to continuous noise at 92% of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 89.4 dBA during the 420 minute sampling period on March 28, 2018. The exposure calculation included a zero increment for the sixty minutes not sampled. The employee had not received an annual audiogram. c.) Near Middle Handrail Area: An employee fabricating material was exposed to continuous noise at 79.8 % of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or an equivalent sound level of 88.3 dBA during the 420 minute sampling period on March 28, 2018. The exposure calculation included a zero increment for the sixty minutes not sampled. The employee had not received an annual audiogram.
