29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about March 13, 2018, at the worksite located at 316 Ensbury Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas, an excessive accumulation of wooden boards, some with protruding nails, were scattered throughout the ground. Employees were exposed to punctures, slips, trips and falls from the same elevation.
