The Pallet Place, Llc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1276903, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 22, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 25158 IH 20 west, Van, TX 75790.

The Pallet Place, Llc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1276903, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 22, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 25158 IH 20 west, Van, TX 75790.
