This condition exposed employees to cut and laceration hazards.    (c)Harvard Integrations, LP at 27157 470th Avenue Tea, SD 57064: On or about and at times prior to March 27, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from amputation hazards in that, the Piranha P70 metal worker was not equipped with an adequate machine guard to reduce employee exposure to the point of operation of the punch press.
