29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): (a)Harvard Integrations, LP dba Harvard Integrations at 27157 470th Avenue, Tea, SD 57064: On or about and at times prior to December 15, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from shock and burn hazards in that the Titan Air control unit of the North Shop Paint Booth was operated with the cover open exposing energized conductors. This condition exposed employees to shock and burn hazards.

The crane/hoist had last received an annual inspection on January 10, 2022.
