29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. On or about March 30, 2018, in front of the residential building, subcontractor's employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards when the employer did not ensure that employees handling plywood sheets were trained in proper work practices, equipment and controls to help reduce the hazards involved in manually moving and handling of these materials.

On or about March 30, 2018, in front of the residential building, subcontractor's employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards and an employee was injured.
