The most recent occurrence of this was observed on April 4, 2018 at the existing Roeder Mortuaries Gretna Chapel located at 11710 Standing Stone Dr. Gretna, NE where the employer has a crew of 10 unprotected employees exposed to fall hazards while re-roofing the mortuary.
