29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. On or about October 1, 2024, employees engaged in residential roofing activities, located at 439 89th St., Omaha, NE 68114, were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were working in excess of 6-feet while conducting residential roofing operations without fall protection.
