29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):  Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:       Wilmington, NC State Port Reefer Service Area:  On or about April 06, 2018, the employer did not ensure that a reefer power cable was removed from service where the power cord strain relief had pulled away from the end plug fitting in a potentially  wet location thereby exposing internal conductors.        ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED    Container maintenance construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950112, citation number 02, item 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/27/2014, with respect to a worksite located at 420 Shipping Lane, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464.
