(a) Line B Compressor Room: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior, the roll-up doors on the south side of the compressor room are not tight sealing. (b) Line A Compressor Room: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior, the doors on the south side of the compressor room are not tight sealing. Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item. Dickinson Frozen Food, Inc. was previously cited for this standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection #1117009, Cit. 1, Item 3b issued on May 25, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at East 3000 North, Sugar City, Idaho. The final order date was February 28, 2017.
