OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):   The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards while storing and retrieving totes from an industrial rack system that had damage, was not secured to the floor or formally inspected periodically:      a) On July 13, 2022, and times prior, components of the Unarco drive-in rack system in the new freezer, used for the storage of potato product totes, were damaged.    This damage included but may not be limited to bent or twisted "Z" rails, support "T" brackets and cracked sloped upright columns.      b)  On July 13, 2022, and times prior the support columns on the Unarco drive-in rack system in the new freezer, used for the storage of potato product totes, were not anchored to the floor.    c) On July 13, 2022, and times prior comprehensive, periodic inspections were not being conducted on the Unarco drive-in rack system in the new freezer.    Note) Certification of corrective actions are required for these items.
