29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: a) ATM structure; on or about April 10, 2018 and times prior the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 25 feet from a scaffold during moving the work area from the second level to the third level by not having a competent person supervising the work.
