The Rhino product contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate (MDI) and Polyether Polyol. The employer did not develop and implement a respiratory protection program for the employees required to don a supplied air respirator. b). On or about 4/11/18, on site, for employees handling Z Guard Clear Sealant when conducting undercoat spraying tasks.
