On or about 3/12/19, on site, for employees handling Z Guard Clear Sealant when conducting spraying tasks. The employer did not provide a fit test for the employees required to don an N95. DBA Ziebart was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and health Standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection Number 1307853, citation number 1, item 1c and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1114 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205.
