On or about 3/12/19, on site, for employees working near the spray room where bed liner spraying tasks is conducted. The plastic enclosure was torn therefore, employees working adjacent to the spray room on a daily basis are exposed to Rhino Hybrid 21-60 Isocyanates.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace were labeled, tagged or marked: a). On or about 3/12/2019, on site, for employees cleaning the exterior of the cars. The employees use products such as but not limited to a degreaser and wheel cleaner from unlabeled spray bottles on a daily basis. The degreaser contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Anionic Surfactant. The wheel cleaner contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, 2-Butoxyethanol.
