29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about March 13, 2018, on the rooftop, an employee performing sheathing work from a 6:12 pitch roof was not protected from 9 feet 2 inches fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. b. On or about March 13, 2018, on the rooftop, employees installing roof underlayment from a 6:12 and 3:12 pitch roofs were not protected from 9 feet 2 inches fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
