On or about June 27, 2018, on the roof sheathing and trusses of the 6:12 pitch roof, employees installing truss framing were exposed to fall hazards at heights of 10 feet to 20 feet down through the trusses in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.  MJC Construction Services, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1308785, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Palisade Drive, Saint Augustine, Florida.
