29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  Narcoossee del Sol Subdivision (Saint Cloud, FL) - Lot 74 top of truss peak;  On or about August 15, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees installing roof trusses were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet 6 inches to the concrete below in that the employer failed to ensure employees were using fall protection.  b)   Narcoossee del Sol Subdivision (Saint Cloud, FL) - Lot 74 top of top of block;  On or about August 15, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees installing roof trusses were exposed to fall hazards of up to 10 feet 6 inches to the ground below in that the employer failed to ensure employees were using fall protection.  MJC Construction Services Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1308785, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Palisade Drive (Lot 112), Saint Augustine, FL 32092.
