Maya Brothers, Inc., 4950 Buffalo Road, Erie, PA, on or about April 23, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Employees were exposed to struck against hazards when walking/working near footer pin that were protruding vertically out of the ground.  The footer pins were not shielded by suitable means including, but not limited to, protection caps.  The were protruding 3-1/8 and 7/8 inches from the batter board.
