29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Graphic Packaging International, LLC, Augusta, GA - On or about 05/01/18, and times prior to, in the pulp mill maintenance shop, employees were working with corrosive chemicals such as, but are not limited to, Cal-Brite Coil Cleaner, LPS Noflash, sodium hypochlorite, etc.  The bottled eye wash provided was not able to flush both eyes simultaneously in the event of an emergency.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
