29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  At this establishment, employees engaged in plastics manufacturing activities were not provided with adequate eyewash stations where hazardous materials were handled and utilized, in that:  a.  no eyewash on the second floor of Department 1; b.  no eyewash on floors two, three, and four of Department 2; c.  no eyewash on floors two and three of Department 3; d.  eyewash in Department 2 did not have equal pressure for flushing; and, e.  eyewash outside of Department 1 did not have enough pressure to pop off dust covers.
