29 CFR 1926.100(a):   Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   A) Exterior, Lower level of the structure and on the ground: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below framing activities. The employees were not protected by hard hats or protective helmets, on or about May 8th, 2018.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:    A) Exterior, Upper level of structure: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 25 feet while climbing the wooden framing of the structure in order to get onto and off of the upper level of the structure, on or about May 8th, 2018.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    A)  Roof: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while conducting framing work on the roof of a structure without a means of fall protection in place, on or about May 8th, 2018.   ECR Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1222731, citation number 1, item number 3A and was affirmed as a final order on July 12th 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Seva Courtblock in Robinnsville, NJ.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    A) Exterior, Upper Level: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet while using an extension ladder that was not extended at least 3 feet over the landing that he was accessing, on or about May 8th, 2018.  ECR Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943613, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on December 19 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 8 Kinsgland Avenue in Harrison, NJ.
