29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury was not guarded: a) Shipping and Receiving area; On or about May 8, 2018 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that employees were required to operate including but not limited to the Roll Up Machine in the shipping and receiving area which had the foot pedal located directly beneath the rotating wheel placing the employees within the operating danger zone of the machine.
